Refund policy

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded

All CRIXA products are digital and delivered instantly. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

If something goes wrong

Your statutory rights are not affected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If your files are faulty, corrupted, or don’t match what we described, contact us at [crixa.store@gmail.com] within [30] days with your order number. We will first repair or replace the files.

If your files don’t arrive

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find your email, contact us with your order number and we will resend your files, usually within [48 hours].

Accidental or duplicate purchases

If you accidentally buy the same product twice, contact us before downloading the second copy. We’ll review it case by case.
